How to Use the Grin Pro Complete Care Bundle Step by Step

Quick answer

Use the Grin Pro Complete Care Bundle in this order: floss first with the Ultra Clean and Smooth Floss Picks, then brush with the Pro Ultimate Toothbrush and bundle toothpaste. This sequence removes plaque and debris most effectively.

Step-by-step routine

1. Step 1: Floss with the Ultra Clean and Smooth Floss Picks: Take one floss pick and gently slide the floss between each tooth, curving it around the base of each tooth in a C-shape. Use a fresh section for each gap. Do this before brushing to dislodge debris. Common mistake: snapping the floss into the gum. Always guide it gently to avoid irritation.
2. Step 2: Brush with the Pro Ultimate Toothbrush and toothpaste: Apply a pea-sized amount of the bundle toothpaste to the brush. Hold the brush at a 45-degree angle to your gums and use short, gentle strokes. Brush all surfaces — outer, inner, and chewing — for two minutes total. Checkpoint: Set a timer or use a two-minute song. Most people brush for only 45 seconds.
3. Step 3: Rinse and store your tools: Rinse your mouth with water after brushing. Rinse the toothbrush head and floss picks with warm water and let them air-dry. Store the toothbrush upright and replace it every three months. Empty — the step itself covers the key storage tip.
